The lodge and the Ski Area’s non-commercialized atmosphere and overall design make your trip more relaxing. As the group leader, we realize that you want to offer a ski/raft trip or outdoor adventure that all abilities will enjoy. You won’t lose track of your group at Monarch and you won’t be bored either. After experiencing Monarch's challenging terrain, come back in the summer to try out our world class rafting. In addition, we can set up activities at the Lodge such as: snowmobiling, snowshoeing, four-wheeling, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, sightseeing or just about any other outdoor activity that you may desire.

The Lodge offers 99 rooms, restaurant and lounge, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub. There is a racquetball court and a sports court. Additional features include a guest laundry, locker rooms, fitness room, and game rooms.
Salida’s historic downtown is only 18 miles east of the Lodge and offers quaint shops, art galleries, and coffee shops. To soothe those aching muscles and re-tool for the next day's activities check out Salida’s Hot Springs Pool.
Conference rates are negotiable depending on the size of the group and the needs.

Cooking for the group in the Lodge Rooms is prohibited due to fire codes.
Reservations & Cancellations policies:
20% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation with-in 2 weeks; 50% of lodging balance is due 60 days from arrival; Lodging balance is due 30 days from arrival; Meal option balance is due 2 weeks from arrival.
61 days or more prior to your arrival, your initial deposit of 20% will be forfeited,or reduction in excess of 20% of the rooms originally booked.
Cancellations made 31 days to 60 days prior to your arrival, your 1st & 2nd deposit will be forfeited, or reduction in excess of 20% of the rooms originally booked.
Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of all deposits will be forfeited, or reduction in excess of 20% of the rooms originally booked.
Rooming list and final numbers for meals are due 14 days prior to arrival.
